Tom was a very professional and knowledgeable agent. He helped us present our house in the best light possible. He explained the auction process and guided us, making sure we understood it. Tom was attentive during open home weekends, and we trusted him with a key to our house. Tom regularly gave us updates on possible buyers. The only disappointment was when the auctioneer described our house as having 2 non-compliant bathrooms when there was only one where the renovation was not replacing like for like.

From our first meeting to the hammer going down at the auction - Tom was amazing. He truely went the extra mile - even trimming hedges and mowing lawns himself. The property had some challenges and Tom expertly navigated them, ultimately getting a number of parties bidding at the auction and getting it sold under the hammer for a price that I was extremely happy with. 5 Stars - highly recommend.

We had never sold any property and had lived in the house to be sold for 40 years. The whole process seemed very daunting and Tom provided guidance and encouragement throughout the 18 month journey Including the preparation for sale , legal and territorial authority requirements and the sale /auction process. He was an excellent communicator and consistently followed up. He provided almost daily feedback once the property was listed and outlined scenarios in terms of the auction. I have a great deal of respect for Tom and can not recommend him highly enough. He has a great back up team behind him to support the sale process The sale outcome was better than we could have hoped for.
