Tom was very direct and persuasive in getting me to list my property with him. He gave me all the figures in a very clear to understand format. My partner and I found ourselves in a position where we needed to sell fast. We got Tom onboard soon after we brought another property at auction. He had the marketing, strategy, and the first open home done within a week of getting the ball rolling. It took Tom under a month to sell my place at auction. I needed a quick sale and understood that I may need to settle for less to achieve this. However, Tom had multiple bidders registered when we took it to auction, and the price he achieved exceeded my expectations. We are very happy with the result.
