I highly recommend anyone wanting to either buy or sell a property to get in touch with Tom McCartney. From the outset Tom was friendly yet very professional explaining the whole process from marketing through to auction. I never felt pressured and I was able to make informed decisions. He has an excellent insight and knowledge of the market. He was in regular communication after Open Homes with feedback and I felt I could contact him anytime. The auctioneer was also excellent and I was impressed with the new purpose built auction rooms. I was also impressed with the extremely efficient admin side of things and found their advice and tips very helpful. Selling a property can be stressful but Tom and the team made it a very positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Tom again in the future.
