We had never sold any property and had lived in the house to be sold for 40 years. The whole process seemed very daunting and Tom provided guidance and encouragement throughout the 18 month journey Including the preparation for sale , legal and territorial authority requirements and the sale /auction process. He was an excellent communicator and consistently followed up. He provided almost daily feedback once the property was listed and outlined scenarios in terms of the auction. I have a great deal of respect for Tom and can not recommend him highly enough. He has a great back up team behind him to support the sale process The sale outcome was better than we could have hoped for.

I highly recommend anyone wanting to either buy or sell a property to get in touch with Tom McCartney. From the outset Tom was friendly yet very professional explaining the whole process from marketing through to auction. I never felt pressured and I was able to make informed decisions. He has an excellent insight and knowledge of the market. He was in regular communication after Open Homes with feedback and I felt I could contact him anytime. The auctioneer was also excellent and I was impressed with the new purpose built auction rooms. I was also impressed with the extremely efficient admin side of things and found their advice and tips very helpful.
