It had been a long time since we had sold a home, and as this was a somewhat reluctant move for us, (we loved our home but needed to be closer to family )having someone as helpful, approachable and understanding as Tom made such a difference. Tom is awesome: he got us a signed offer for our property within only 1 month of engaging him after multiple other agents failed to get us an offer at all in 6+ months. The house was a new build with above average spec's and below average price per sqm asking-price. We sold at asking price and Tom was a great communicator throughout and spent countless hours negotiating the deal. His help was incalculable.
