We came across Steph Kimber as we were looking for a Property at Terrace Downs, and she had a couple of listings. From initial contact through organizing viewings of multiple sections, to buying a section, Steph was stellar. We didn't want to purchase just any section, so Steph worked incredibly hard contacting owners through many different channels to source a section, and eventually get a listing that wasn't on the radar to start with, and getting both the owner and us what we wanted. Not easy to do in real estate! We wouldn't have the section we will build on and retire to without Steph's hardwork and dedication to match both what buyers and sellers really want. Pity we can't get Steph to sell our house in the North Island.

We were in an unusual situation in that we were buying a property in NZ, but remotely from Australia. Steph Kimber was the agent selling the property. We found her to be extremely helpful all the way through the process, which did go a bit longer than anyone expected. She was very willing to spend the time required on the phone with us, on Facetime inspecting the property and via other communication channels to keep us informed of what was going on. She was very responsive always. She knows her craft well and the area we were purchasing in, and she was generous in sharing her knowledge and time. Due to some issues with the property, not any fault of Steph's, it took some time to finally move the property. She stuck with it, always confident that she would sell the property, dealing with the Body Corporate, Solicitors and tradesmen on our behalf, beyond what anyone should expect of a Real Estate Agent. On her own account she dressed the property to make sure it was seen in the best light. We would highly recommend her.
Steph has far exceeded our expectations in terms of the service she has provided to us and our buyers. When we first engaged with her she was clearly very well informed on the current market conditions. She did research on our property and immediately found some minor issues, which she promptly dealt with. The major hiccup we dealt with was a none-consented wall removal by the previous owners which we had no idea about until we started the sale process. There where a lot of in between issues we had to deal with, but every time Steph was there to help guide us, give recommendations and reach out to her contacts to try help resolve the issue in any way she could. I'm very happy to say that everything turned out fine and we got a better than expected outcome. We would highly recommend Steph to anyone looking to sell!
Steph was great to work with from start to finish. My wife and I went to view the property and fell in love with it, only for the vendor to unfortunately fall into a situation where they had to get council consent for work that was done before they purchased the home. It was a nailbiter for both us, as the prospective buyer, and the vendor, who had to organise the works. But Steph was there for both of us throughout the whole process, re-assuring all parties that things were moving in the right direction and that, with a bit of luck, we would get over the line - and here we are! I would highly recommend Steph to anyone who wants to sell their home, in the knowledge that she is going to look after not only your interests but that of the potential buyer as well. 10/10, highly recommend!
