My wife and I went to view the property and fell in love with it, only for the vendor to unfortunately fall into a situation where they had to get council consent for work that was done before they purchased the home. It was a nailbiter for both us, as the prospective buyer, and the vendor, who had to organise the works. But Steph was there for both of us throughout the whole process, re-assuring all parties that things were moving in the right direction and that, with a bit of luck, we would get over the line - and here we are! I would highly recommend Steph to anyone who wants to sell their home, in the knowledge that she is going to look after not only your interests but that of the potential buyer as well. 10/10, highly recommend!
