The results were above expectation. Shar has proven herself to be an absolute fantastic partner in the process, trustworthy, communicative, and anticipating potential issues very well. It is hard to imagine how our experience could have been better. I think in the end the sale price was higher as she expected which was kind of fun. Her communication was excellent, both with us as well as other stakeholders such as our lawyers. We first met Shar when we were going to auction for a home that we had found on our own. We expressed a bit of anxiety about going to auction to our solicitor and she said she knew an agent that may be able to help. We did not end up winning that auction, but we decided to work with Shar after that to find our first home.
