We first met Shar when we were going to auction for a home that we had found on our own. We expressed a bit of anxiety about going to auction to our solicitor and she said she knew an agent that may be able to help. Shar volunteered to meet us at the auction and do the bidding for us to take the pressure off-even though she would not receive any commission on the sale. We did not end up winning that auction, but we decided to work with Shar after that to find our first home. From the moment we met at the auction to the moment we went unconditional on the home we purchased, Shar was there with the answers to our millions of questions. She walked us through every step of the process to ensure we were in the know and confident in our decisions moving forward with a home or stepping away from a home that wasn't quite the right fit. Because we are from The States, we also needed guidance on various aspects once our offer was accepted. Shar pointed us to a builder who had our building report finished quickly which enables us to go unconditional before the due date.
