Shar is simply incredible. Where do I start? Shar was always warm and engaging, professional, positive and friendly from the very beginning, to the very end of the process. She was enthusiastic to work with us. She is a text book communicator - innovative in her approach to the marketing theme - a house with pockets - prompt in her messages to us, and tech savvy in using the latest ways to communicate. After each open home she would send us a video message to let us know how many groups were through and how she would follow up with the buyers. We never felt in the dark about what was happening in the background. We were kept fully informed the whole way. Talk about extra mile service!! She mowed the lawns for us - I know! Who does that. Shar does that! She offered a lawn mower to the new buyers out of her own pocket. Who does that? Shar does that! She staged the kitchen to show people how functional it was. Who does that? Shar does that! She kept options in front of us when we needed more options - first auction, then deadline sale, then fixed price and then Sold. Boom! Nothing was an issue for Shar. Living out of Christchurch seemed no barrier. We very much felt that Shar was working her absolute best for us and in the end we are thrilled with the sale. We felt safe with Shar. We felt heard as we shared our hopes and dreams, and at times impatient frustrations with the slowness of the market. We felt respected and valued. Would we recommend Shar to others? Well … a recommendation doesn’t seem strong enough. We would tell people they have to go with her.
