Shar helping with the selling of our house was the easy part, a buyer was found very quickly! We started our journey of the sale of our property with a very open and honest conversation, as result we both knew that everything could be discussed and everything was open to be negotiated as well, this gave Shar the ability to run the sales process - based on our input - with a lot of freedom. The results were above expectation. Shar has proven herself to be an absolute fantastic partner in the process, trustworthy, communicative, and anticipating potential issues very well. We loved the personal touches she brought in to the process as well as her cheerful personality. She had a keen eye for what would be important to potential buyers, connected us with a very good auctioneer that suited the approach we had taken. It is hard to imagine how our experience could have been better. Her knowledge of the market was good, it was clear there was a good organisation behind her and she was open about the fact that she did use the Harcourts network, which I consider to be a positive. I think in the end the sale price was higher as she expected which was kind of fun. Her communication was excellent, both with us as well as other stakeholders such as our lawyers.
