Shar sacrificed her own personal time to assist the family to understand the sale process from beginning to end She also went to the trouble of preparing the house so that it could be used again for a week, in the middle of preparation for sale Shar also stepped up when the house was broken into just prior to the auction, and personally put everything back in it's place. I could not recommend Shar more highly, for her blend of personal connection with the family and professional aptitude.

Our experience purchasing through this agent was extremely disappointing, primarily due to poor communication and a lack of transparency throughout the process. Once our offer was accepted, communication virtually stopped. We were left chasing updates and were not kept informed on the progress toward settlement, which created unnecessary stress during what is already a high-pressure process. It also felt at times that our interests as buyers were not being fairly represented. There was a noticeable lack of balance in how information was communicated, which raised concerns about whether all parties were being treated equally. Overall, the process felt disorganised and, at times, unprofessional. Buying a property is a significant milestone, and we expected a far higher standard of communication and support.

As always Shar was very professional throughout the process. Shar was in constant communication with us and our house was sold in 8 days. Fantastic outcome
