Smooth process put us at ease

We had a fantastic experience working with Robin on the sale of our home. Throughout the entire process, we always felt genuinely cared for and listened to, which made what can be a stressful time feel much more manageable. Robin was incredibly diligent, especially with the open homes, putting in a lot of effort to get as many potential buyers through as possible. He clearly works very hard behind the scenes and is committed to achieving the best outcome. Communication was excellent — he was always just an email or message away and very quick to respond whenever we needed help or had questions. We also really appreciated the smaller, more streamlined auction setup, which made the process feel much more personal and efficient compared to larger, drawn-out auctions. Overall, it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robin to others.
