Robin has a quick and efficient communication style which matched mine. No waffle, straight to the point. He strived to get the best result for us and communicated more often that even I expected. He went above and beyond and assisted with other tasks outside his scope to ensure we could get our property to market in the manner required.

Robin has made the task of finding a suitable property very easy. He's made himself available to show us through the properties, with relatively short notice at times. He's answered any questions we had or found the answers quickly. Robin was great at going through the offer process & ensuring we had the questions covered. Checking that we had received the right professional advice. He worked late at times as when we finalised the offer we were 4 hours different from NZ time. There wasn't anything else he could have done to help make the process any smoother.

We had a fantastic experience working with Robin on the sale of our home. Throughout the entire process, we always felt genuinely cared for and listened to, which made what can be a stressful time feel much more manageable. Robin was incredibly diligent, especially with the open homes, putting in a lot of effort to get as many potential buyers through as possible. He clearly works very hard behind the scenes and is committed to achieving the best outcome. Communication was excellent — he was always just an email or message away and very quick to respond whenever we needed help or had questions. We also really appreciated the smaller, more streamlined auction setup, which made the process feel much more personal and efficient compared to larger, drawn-out auctions. Overall, it was a great experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Robin to others.
