From day 1 Ralph was super easy to deal with and had a lot of enthusiasm for the sale and helped ease any concerns we had and was more than happy to answer our questions. We sold in a slow moving area and the market itself also wasn't the best but Ralph worked hard to get us an offer that we accepted. 10/10!
