Friendly and always endeavoured to answer any questions I had, and if he did not have the information at hand, he was always quick to pass on questions and answers to and from the vendors quickly. Very patient and thorough during the pre-settlement inspection, absolutely did not rush me when I wanted to check more things. The photo he sent of himself placing my tender into the box was hilarious! and just a lovely personal touch. So was the gift and card on settlement day.
