I bring with me six years of marketing and digital advertising expertise, most recently at NZME. There, I learned the art of targeting the right audience and getting the greatest exposure for a clients’ campaign. When applied to property marketing I will tailor innovative and modern marketing campaigns to get the best exposure and outcome for you.
Purchasing my own property has helped me to develop expertise in the property sector and maintain in-depth knowledge of what is happening in the market. Over recent years I have grown to love Auckland and all it has to offer. Living in central Auckland has given me an appreciation for all the hidden gems of the surrounding area including the chic bars, restored villas, live music, and cafes. If you want to know what’s happening in the market, say the date and time, and the coffee is on me!
In my spare time, I love being outdoors. Whether it be skiing, running, or giving surfing a go, I am always up for an adventure and trying new things. Most weekends you’ll find me grabbing a coffee at my local cafe, catching up with friends, and spending time at the beach in summer and now, connecting prospective buyers and sellers.

This then increases the reach of my property campaign and creates competition which is great for my clients.

Went above and beyond to help get our purchase over the line
Phoebe (and her real estate partner Luke Dallow) are fantastic. Super helpful. Went above and beyond to help do due dilligence on a property we were interested in, and ultimately bought. I know the seller was equally happy too. The smoothest property purchase I've ever made. In no small part thanks to Phoebe.

Service with a smile! First home buyers dream agent
As first home buyers, we really didn't know what we were doing or where to even start the process of getting our first home. It was super scary! Phoebe, from the get go, was so excited for us and really went above and beyond in getting us over the line. From the initial consult to settlement, Phoebe has been with us every step of the way; feilding random and crazy questions in her stride, supporting us in things we didn't understand and guiding us through the next steps. We never felt alone. We always felt heard. Phoebe believed in us even when we didn't and without her help, I don't think we'd have the result we have today. Phoebee is amazing!
Phoebee sold my property in Northcote Point and was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. She’s professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. Nothing is too much trouble. She helped us though every step of the process and was available at all times for questions. We achieved a price that I thought was impossible, and I would highly recommend her and work with her again on our next listing. Five stars!

Great to deal with!!
Phoebe and Luke were fantastic to deal with. We came across the house through a sneak peak section on their email mail-out. The property was in an area that rarely has any listings and it was an area we had been looking to get into for a number of years. When we enquired about the property more, Phoebe helped to get us through the home early and secure the property in the early stages of marketing. Phoebe and Luke were great to deal with and helpful with all of our questions. We would be more than happy to sell with them in future and recommend to friends and family.
