Peter has been a great agent throughout. He has a lot of experience and it really shows once you meet him. He knew financially we were tight but we really wanted the property and Peter could see that, so he went back and forwards doing everything he could to make it work for us, which he did. Peter through his years of experience is very good at assessing the type of buyer your property will attract and appeal to, and works with you to prepare and ensure that the property is presented correctly to this type of buyer, i.e. first home, growing family, single person, retired buyer etc. A different emphasis may be required to ready the property to meet the different types of buyers aspirations when purchasing a property, e.g. new light shades. Peter looks at the whole sales picture/ package, and advises accordingly. If one aspect is not aligned to the total sales picture/ package, e.g. rate-able valuation is low in relation to similar properties in the area, he will guide you through the process of having this corrected, thus ensuring that the property is presented in the best light possible. His experience in selling real estate shines through in advising you what, and how, to ready your property for sale, but more importantly what not to waste your time and energy on. Peter uses his negotiation skills to ensure that he gets the best price for the seller being cognisant of how the market is performing at the time. To allow him time to concentrate on this most important aspect of being a salesperson he employs qualified real estate staff to look after the administration, and other areas of the business. He leads a team all of whom are working for you on different aspects of the sales process. You as the seller become part of this focused team when you are preparing the property for sale. To assist sellers further Peter has links to reliable reasonably priced quality trades people who can assist to ready your property for sale, e.g. floor coverings etc. Peter is willing, or under his direction to get one of his team to assist you to undertake small jobs to prepare the property for sale, e.g. move excess furniture out of the house etc. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter to sellers where the above attributes are required.
