Peter attended to all the legal matters in a professional manner which was a great help to me after the sale of my family home, he took away the stress by doing this. Sue liased and kept me up to date ending in a favourable outcome. I would recommend Peter Warren + Co to any of my friends and family.
Peter has helped me purchase my first home in a market that's tough for someone like myself to crack. There was no nonsense about all the information he gave me and was candid and easy to talk to. I'm grateful because he could have let the house go to auction but instead was receptive to my situation and fair when we came down to the agreement. Only a few weeks before we settle and I excited. So thanks again Peter, you didn't just help me buy a house, you helped me find a home.
Peter was very knowledgeable on the market and potential benefits of owning a rental property. His advise helped us to make the right decision which we were grateful for. Well recommended.
Peter did a great job selling our rental property. With his excellent market knowledge and people skills, he was able to achieve top dollar for our place. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
After house hunting in the market for a few months, we had missed more than 20 properties, we were exhausted and frustrating. Meeting Peter was our turning point. He is professional, flexible, and always willing to go an extra mile. He worked around our schedules as needed and provided us new update constantly. We cannot thank Peter enough for his valuable advice and support. Shang & Shiying
Peter Warren came highly recommended. Working with Peter was very easy at an extremely different time. Good communication from Peter, had regular updates and good follow up from the open homes.
Having limited real estate market knowledge myself, I put my trust in Peter and his team from the Barrington street office to advise and guide me through the sales process. It could not have gone any better for me as a vendor, the method of sale and timing was spot on, and put me in a great position to buy again and retain an asset for my family. Professional and friendly team that I would highly recommend!
Decided to sell and it was done in 4 weeks from my decision! Pretty fast work getting it on the market ☺️ Thanks Peter and also to Sue (the right hand lady) for all your help and hard work.
It was good dealing with Peter and his team. Peter has lots of experience and knowledge. The advice and marketing campaign worked well. He kept us informed through the whole process. Great result from the auction.
