Recently I bought a property in Christchurch off Peter Warren. I had viewed this property online in Australia & was using my parents in Christchurch to deal with Peter & physically look at the property. A bit of a task in logistics. All my initial questions & emails were directed at Peter. He answered them in a timely & efficient manner. My parents also found him to be extremely pleasant & helpful in what can be quite a stressful time. I would fully recommend Peter.

The market assessment of our mature villa was spot on, the communication regarding open homes and 'private' viewings was good, a number of offers were presented after the auction with one accepted that eventually fell over.
