We can’t rate Peter highly enough on the star rating. More like a six star rating is in order. Peter did a sterling job selling our unit, first with a concentrated three week marketing campaign with both open homes and individual viewings of the property. We chose a deadline treaty type of sale in which 3 offers were presented and one conditional offer was accepted. Peter then continued following up and acquired a second roll over backup offer which in the end was successful. Without his continued effort in getting this offer we would not have had a successful outcome . We can’t thank Peter enough for this extra effort in making the sale happen! His attention to detail and his communication skills were above and beyond what we would have considered to be the normal. His good nature meant that the whole selling process was actually pretty non stressful, and that says a lot when the pressure is on for a sale :).
