Every property on the market with Olivia was sold within days, a remarkable feat in this current market, and we were looking for a simple and fast sale, so Olivia and Team Atkins were the natural choice. Olivia kept us informed throughout the entire process, keeping it as straightforward as possible. I really admire the fact that she genuinely worked around our busy schedule, and this was a huge benefit for us. But most of all, I really admire Olivia's "no BS" style. She delivered on her promises, showed the right potential buyers around our property, and strove to get the maximum return as she could.
