We recently purchased our home with the help of Nicki O'Sullivan and had an excellent experience. She was trustworthy and genuine and we never felt that she was playing games. Nicki has a great understanding of the local market and always gave us clear answers. She was really supportive through the whole process from the first open home to the auction to welcoming us into our new home. We were selling our rental property in Auckland to release funds for our retirement. Being based in Taupo added to potential problems during the sale. We put the property on the market before the tenant moved out. Nicki handled this situation with great aplomb without upsetting the tenant and at the same time getting potential purchasers through during open homes. The property passed unsold at auction but with Nicki's guidance we set a realistic market price and advertised it as such. My wife and I were delighted that we achieved our asking price without negotiation! Unrealistic opportunistic offers were given short shrift. Nicki's communication skills are excellent, never an email unanswered and telephone calls always returned promptly. Nicki went the extra mile helping tidy up a couple of property issues on site which for us was great being based in Taupo. Clare and I are delighted with the result and have no hesitation in recommending her to potential clients.

Nicki was choosen by us as she had sold the neigbours property and had good feedback. She just gets on with it and works hard for the vendor. Get's the numbers to open homes but no fluff and very honest about serious buyers. Clear in her expectations of us as vendors and settlement figure was higher end of her estimate. Communicates well and kept us in the loop when access to the property was required. Sold at auction and she got bidders in the room. Would recommend as a strong agent in the current variable market.

Nicki is a hard working agent, working around the clock to get things done. She is a great communicator and supported me through my relocation to Auckland. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wish for smooth transactions.
