We were selling our rental property in Auckland to release funds for our retirement. Being based in Taupo added to potential problems during the sale. We put the property on the market before the tenant moved out. Nicki handled this situation with great aplomb without upsetting the tenant and at the same time getting potential purchasers through during open homes.
