As first home buyers, there were quite a few things we were unsure about when it came to buying a house. Nick was very helpful in answering all of our questions and when it came to the property what he didn’t know, he would find out and give us an answer pretty much the next day. Nick is a very professional and knowledgeable agent whom we would highly recommend to others!!
Nick was extremely knowlegable in his feild and was always happy to answer questions. He maintained prompt comms throughout the whole process, making me feel reasured and informed. Wether you are buying or selling, I couldnt recommend Nick highly enough!
Nick has sold two properties for us, one just recently & the other around 2 yrs ago. Nick demonstrates expertise & dedication, along with a no-nonsense approach. We wouldnt want to work with any other company or agent. His ability to keep things light while ensuring a smooth transaction, is truly commendable. He has provided us with two very successful sales. A top notch agent who gets results with a smile! Big thanks to Nick & the wonderful team at Winder & Co.
Nick's excellent local knowledge & communication, and his professionalism helped my purchase flow easily. Thanks,Nick.
Nick was great to work with, wonderfully transparent throughout the process and would 10/10 recommend!
We have bought our first home through Nick. Communication has been excellent and timely, and he was exceptionally helpful with sourcing extra documentation and paperwork for the house from the vendor.
Nick Sowman has been my agent on three separate occasions and I can't recommend him highly enough. Nicks quick response, professionalism, thoroughly knowledge and insights of the Real Estate Industry and market conditions have been invaluable. Nick is outstanding in his field and I have very much appreciated how he has assisted me with my recent sale and his friendly approachable manner, he kept me informed all the way, a pleasure to work with.
Nick Sowman was extremely friendly and approachable as the real estate agent we chose to sell our mother's house. He was interested in our family story and gave us great advice on the whole selling process. We loved the brochure and online advertising Nick organised - the photos were fabulous and showed the house off to its best, and the blurb was also well written. I appreciated the way Nick checked in with me every step of the way. He was knowledgeable about the local market and very professional. Our mother's house was signed up very quickly and Nick did a fantastic job of ensuring that happened. I would happily recommend Nick Sowman as a pro-active agent with a friendly, respectful approach who is easy to deal with.
Nick went out of his way to help us into our first home. I found him open and frank, allowing us sufficient time to make our decisions. He was responsive to our needs, and went out of his way to accommodate our requests.
Nick Listened to our requirements and was able to arrange viewings at suitable properties. Kept in contact regularly and responded to queries promptly
Nick was super helpful and easy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service.
Finding a new property with Nick felt effortless and quick. I was presented with multiple properties inside my budget but felt no pressure from Nick to act on anything I wasn’t sure of. In a matter of days of finding the property I wanted to purchase the deal was done. Stress free and simple, would happily work with Nick again.
