When Nick explained things it was easy to understand. Gave us a clear picture of how he wanted the house staged. If property didnt sell, he offered to let us out of contract, however it sold fairly quickly. I have already given his name to someone else who is planning to sell their property.

Nick was one of the best realestate agents I have met, his communication and adaptability to be available at a time that suited myself was much appreciated. He never pushed me towards a decision but was always there to help when I needed and advice.
Our purchase wasn't as straight forward as we would have liked but it wouldn't have happened at all had it not been for efforts Nick put in! A deceased estate with old neighborly disputes which required Nick to be the middle man between at least three parties on any particular day. Nick did his utmost best to keep in the loop with evening that was thrown at him even after hours or when he was in different parts of the country trying to have a break. I would happily and highly recommend Nick to anyone!
