He is a great guy, very well presented, very good communicated and know what he is talking about. Informed us all the time. Can't find any negative about him. NB also good looking too and dressed well.

As a rule I don't give anyone or anything 100% raves as there can always be improvement but in this case I'm not sure what I would have asked more from Nick in selling our property. Communication was top notch and never confined to regular work hours which was awesome, especially if I missed a call because of my work commitments. As this was my first experience as the 'vendor' no question or odd-ball request was ever too much and Nick even did the dusting to ensure the property looked it's best for inspection. What could have been a harrowing experience turned out to be fuss free and informative every step of the way. What more could we ask for. Thanks Nick, all your hard work paid off.
