Nick Sowman is one of the most efficient realtors I’ve ever met. His excellent communication is top notch. I’ve met Nick a few times when I’ve been house hunting and always said if I listed with an agent he would be the one I’d list with. He provided results and QUICKLY! I would 1000% recommended Nick to anyone.
We bought a property of Nick. Although he wasn’t ‘working’ for us he was always keeping us in the loop, providing any updates and checking in. It was a very easy process purchasing from him as an agent. Would definitely recommend both purchasing from and using to sell. If we sell our house in the future we will use Nick. Thanks again!
Nick was very helpful when trying to get into my first help. I thought he was very transparent in what he told me about the house and was consistently available if I ever had questions or needed help with something.
An absolute pleasure working with Nick, his knowledge with selling the property was absolutely amazing and not only being so easy to communicate with but also responding to emails and phone calls and getting the house on the market asap, especially during a busy time of the year. Nick goes over and beyond to ensure a zero stress and offering to look after the lawns at the property on my behalf. Appreciate all the work you have done, very professional and great communication skills. Thank you
Nick was proactive and a great communicator. Nothing was ever too much of an issue and he supported us very well through the whole process. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I couldn't recommend Nick high enough. He was open and honest from the start about the current market and his appraisal was realistic which meant from start we were all on the same page. During the sale process he drew in plenty of potential buyers during private viewings or open homes. The feedback we received from Nick after those viewings was honest but also gave us the opportunity to change the way we had staged one our rooms to show buyers a better option. Once we received the offer the sales process had a couple of unexpected items come up from the previous owners but Nick made this process easy for us all. We couldn't be happier with the final result
Nick was incredibly professional and lovely to work with. He made the whole selling experience a breeze. This was our first home, we have sold and we didn't have to stress at all. Thank you Nick so much for you help
It's been great working with Nick on the purchase of our new home. Communication with the team at Winder and Co has been excellent, they were able to offer a wealth of local knowledge which really helped us to make our decisions. There were no pushy tactics or pressure to proceed but we knew Nick was there and available to field queries and help with creative solutions to any issues that came up along the way. Will be keeping Nick's card close on hand for any further sales/purchases in the future. Good bloke.
Nick was always there and honest with us from day 1. When he viewed out property from day 1 to when we moved out, he was helpful, informative and honest. For us he worked hard to find the best dollar and for the client purchasing, he worked hard as well for them not to over pay. The market was changing and he could see that and helped us make the correct decision. Nick started as a real-estate agent to us and finished as a friend. We would highly recommend Nick to everyone, buying or selling, he is your man!
As first home buyers, we purchased and sold our property through Nick and it was such a stress free experience. It’s not often you go to multiple open homes and the agent remembers your names every time. Nick has a high level of knowledge around the market and the best way to sell your property. He has a great level of professionalism and presentation not only in the way he presents himself but also the way he markets his properties. With such a friendly and easy going personality, he was breeze to work with. Every detail and question was answered and explained in an easy to understand way. We will definitely be recommending Nick to others in the future. We appreciated all the hard work he did to get our property over the line.
Nick knows exactly what he is doing. He told us the exact process, no surprises and was very personable. He got a great result when we sold and we will definitely be using him again in the future whether it's for buying or selling.
We have dealt with Nick for both a purchase and now for a sale. He is always professional, considerate and honest. His opinions are based on his excellent knowledge of local markets and connections within our region and his research is thorough. If we ask Nick a question we have absolute faith and trust that his answer is honest and truthful and our interests are at the forefront of his mind. His guidance through the sale process and availability to answer even the most mundane of our questions quickly, has made a stressful period in an uncertain market, less stressful than we could have hoped and he has exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Nick to anyone and would use him again for a sale or a purchase in a heartbeat.
