My daughter recommended Nick. At first, I wasn’t sure - I didn’t know him, and he’s about half my age. I was planning to go with a company and agent I’d used before, but I felt their market appraisal was very low and would be an easy sale for them. So, I gave Nick a call. To be honest, from the moment I met Nick he came across as sincere and just a genuinely good bloke. He didn’t make any big promises or overcomplicate things. He never said a negative word about the property, which was a bit unloved - it belonged to my very elderly mother. I’ve bought and sold a few properties, understand the process and I know the local market. I found Nick easy to deal with, easy to communicate with, and he just got on with the job. He secured a conditional contract, and then, sadly, my dear old mum passed away. That added a layer of complexity, but again, Nick handled it with professionalism.
