Having successfully negotiated with Nathan to purchase the property at Harewood Road, I then entrusted Nathan to sell my property in Ngahere Street. From the start he kept me fully informed along the way, with himself and Becky visiting me on a weekly basis, and provided information on other properties selling in the area, the number of people viewing the property via social media, Trademe etc. He followed through with the people visiting the open homes and relayed the comments to me - mostly good but some negative which he assured me was often the case. I felt confident with his advice and the procedure the sale would follow, right through to Auction. The whole campaign was fairly quick with successful open homes and a number of private viewings. Naturally I was nervous come auction time but both Nathan and Becky reassured me they were confident, from feedback, that the auction, in the capable hands of Mark McGoldrick, would be successful - which it was. Throughout the whole process, I was more than happy with both Nathan and Becky. When I first visited the open home for 3/502 Harewood Road, I was greeted by Nathan in a friendly manner and he answered all my questions in knowledgeable way. This was a new experience for me as my husband had passed away a few years earlier and so I was reliant on Nathan to be open and honest with me. I had complete confidence in the whole process and although I understood he was working on behalf of the vendor, he also guided me through the process of negotiation and did his utmost to get the best result for both parties. Nathan and his wife Becky met with me regularly and kept me up to date with progress and following the auction of my property, he negotiated a later settlement date with owners of Harewood Road which meant I didn't have to arrange bridging finance.
