Having successfully negotiated with Nathan to purchase the property at Harewood Road, I then entrusted Nathan to sell my property in Ngahere Street. From the start he kept me fully informed along the way, with himself and Becky visiting me on a weekly basis, and provided information on other properties selling in the area, the number of people viewing the property via social media, Trademe etc. He followed through with the people visiting the open homes and relayed the comments to me - mostly good but some negative which he assured me was often the case.
