In what could be a stressful situation Nathan was calm and reassuring. He was clear and explained carefully the reasoning behind the estimation of the value of my property We had full and frank discussions about my thoughts and ideas. Nathan rocket up to the house on a public holiday not in jeans and tea shirt,instead a smart pair of trousers and sports jacket and greeted me with a big smile. He first took the time to get to know me as a person and about my dear mother as it was her house that we were selling, Nathan was sincere and very empathetic towards our family's sad situation. Armed with all the information needed for a productive meeting including the sale history of properties recently sold in the area he set about explaining in full detail each and every step along the way to ensure a successful sale of mums house with confidence and assurance. Your house is your single biggest asset. I loved my house, it was quirky and unique. But not everyone loves a quirky unique home, so I knew it could be a hard sell. Luckily I had Nathan on my side. He knows the market, and he's a great judge of character, so he found the best possible buyer, who also loved the house.
