My interactions was only with Nathan. Great first impression, but when I'm going ahead to make an offer, it felt that I'm getting pushed on my own offer. I'm the one who's doing the offer but he was deciding for me. I asked for a non deposit condition and he told me that is not normal and would not look good in the vendor eyes which is weird since the vendor would not getting the deposit anyway until it settles and there is no way we can cancel the agreement when it goes unconditional. Another one was deciding how long I wanted the conditions to be. I asked for 15 days and he just write up 10 days and telling me the lim will be finished within 8 days. Overall experience was Ok. But it would be better if your customer can have a say what they want and not you driving it. Since I am the one buying not you.
