Your house is your single biggest asset. I loved my house, it was quirky and unique. But not everyone loves a quirky unique home, so I knew it could be a hard sell. Luckily I had Nathan on my side. He knows the market, and he's a great judge of character, so he found the best possible buyer, who also loved the house. Nathan went above and beyond, as I went from one miniature crisis to another, he fixed all my problems, and was always fun, upbeat and a pleasure to work with. I got more then I ever dreamed possible for my house and the auction was a highlight of my life that I will never ever forget. I know Nathan says he was just doing his job, but he went above and beyond, and I am so happy the house was sold to other people who love it as much as I did. We had a great experience with Nathan, he was the listing agent for a property we showed initial interest in, that property turned out to not be suitable but Nathan went the extra mile to show us several other properties. We found one that we loved and he then helped us with the negotiating to bring the property forward to auction, and then bid on our behalf at the auction.
