He first took the time to get to know me as a person and about my dear mother as it was her house that we were selling, Nathan was sincere and very empathetic towards our family's sad situation. Armed with all the information needed for a productive meeting including the sale history of properties recently sold in the area he set about explaining in full detail each and every step along the way to ensure a successful sale of mums house with confidence and assurance. I was particularly impressed with his fresh and modern approach in the way that real estate should be sold in this modern fast paced world we live in today. Compared to other agents that whilst have been selling houses for 100s of years just seemed stale and predictable. All in all Nathan had an energy and enthusiasm about him that was infectious " I was sold on him" being our agent,and just knew he would put that same energy he displayed into setting about selling the house. We had a great experience with Nathan, he was the listing agent for a property we showed initial interest in, that property turned out to not be suitable but Nathan went the extra mile to show us several other properties.
