We had a great experience with Nathan, he was the listing agent for a property we showed initial interest in, that property turned out to not be suitable but Nathan went the extra mile to show us several other properties. We found one that we loved and he then helped us with the negotiating to bring the property forward to auction, and then bid on our behalf at the auction. His advice and knowledge was pivotal to securing the property at the best price that was possible. He kept in touch regulary, and was quick to reply to query's. Buying is a potentially stressful experience, particularly at auction but Nathan made it a pleasurable experience with even a few laughs on the way! Wouldnt hesitate to use Nathan again in a professional capacity - buying or selling!

Nathan and Becky helped and walked me through step by step with what I thought was a scary venture but they removed all my fears and displayed true personal care. To be honest they went beyond normal service and accepted phone calls at some outside hours. I wouldnt recommend them, If I could think of a word beyond recommendation I would say it. My experience working with Nathan has been a smooth one right from the word go. I turned up at the property out of the blue one day, asked Nathan if he could meet me for a walk-through and he couldnt have been more helpful or flexible. Nathan was an essential go-between for getting the necessary over the line between myself and the seller. As I was an 'out of town' buyer, Nathan took the hassle out of how we would sign agreements and get the paperwork underway. The pre-settlement inspection was thorough and the bottle of bubbly was very much appreciated ! Nathan was the only agent I met (and there were quite a few) who contacted me after an open home and then actively helped me look for a property. When I found one I liked it was a private sale but he still went out of his way to help. I think Nathan is a big part of the reason I was able to purchase my first home.
