Nathan had an advertising plan sorted out to perfection, he advised us not to start until all the advertisement and video were ready to launch at the same time. We started with a Tender, however that wasn’t successful We decided to lay new carpet which Nathan felt made a positive difference to the house and suggested we relaunch the house. Nathan organised an open home for the Sunday and by the Wednesday we had three offers.
