We found Nathan extremely efficient we looked at house late morning by 7pm that night we had bought it nothing was to much trouble for him .the weather was extremely bad that night pouring with rain but Nathan didn't hesitate to take offer to the vendor .we certainly would recommend Nathan to anyone thinking of buying or selling .
