We found Nathan professional and very approachable, he ensured we were comfortable and understood every step of preparing, marketing, and selling our home. Nathan used a number of strategies to market the unique features of our beautiful piece of paradise. An aerial drone and a personal promotion video absolutely highlighted the features of our house nestled between the beach and native bush. Nathan went even further with a video call, where he spent 20mins talking, and walking, an interested overseas buyer through the house, whilst answering all their questions on the spot. We received regular updates with marketing progress, analysing which media options were receiving the best viewing results from potential buyers, and were therefore where the Company were focusing their advertising efforts. Although we had our ideal selling price in mind, Nathan kept us well informed with changes to the property market, and how our property sat within the current market. He also respected our ideals and considered these in his final price negotiations with the buyers. We bought our home in Waipatiki Beach while we were still in Australia through Nathan, and the experience was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Buying remotely could have been high risk, but Nathan completely removed that uncertainty. He ran a very thorough virtual viewing, taking the time to walk us through every part of the property in detail, not just the obvious areas, but the things you would normally check in person. He answered questions honestly, showed different angles, and never rushed the process, which gave us real confidence in what we were buying. What really set him apart was the effort he went to in helping us understand the location. He didn’t just show us the house, he jumped on his quad bike and “took” us down to the beach and around the surrounding area so we could properly experience Waipatiki Beach remotely. That level of care and initiative made a huge difference. Throughout the process, Nathan was responsive, clear in his communication, and easy to deal with. Nathan supported us all through the sale process. Assisted with a building inspector as we were not in Napier at the time and any request made. A professional in all aspects of his role. Informative, a great listener and ensured it was the right property for us. Exceptional.

Initially there were a few delays in getting a response from the vendor but Josh new this and pre warned us of the time wait. So that did not leave us waiting of feeling anxious. Josh followed up every week while we were waiting for Finance, Met my son through the open home and explained everything he knew about the home the schools that were close and that McClean park is right down the road. He knew the area, He also showed my daughter in law who went on different open homes our work commitments as the home is for my son and mokos. Josh also told us when he would contact us next and what happens next so i knew for 2 weeks i wouldn't hear anything and we could all relax, this was important as We brought a home from property brokers about 7 months earlier and i can actually say in regards to information and response times Josh was a 10 compared to what i had prior. i also intend to buy another house in another 7 months time around about so i will talk with Josh about what that will look like as i want to get my youngest daughter the next house when her job becomes full time. honestly i never felt i needed anything more from Josh as he had given me all the information i needed i would use him again and i will seek his guidance in our next purchase.

Nathan came to discuss the best plan of action for dad’s house, he was very positive about the home and what we should do to market the place. It is a 1960 weatherboard home, a total doer upper and that was how he marketed it. He was very honest in letting me know there was no point in staging the house, nothing we did would make it look renovated. Nathan is a very easy chap to get along with and always listened to what I had to say. I would like to say this is the second home Nathan has sold for me in the two years, both times I knew he would sell the home for me and get a price I was happy with.
