We were not overly familiar with the process but Nathan is very experienced and made sure we knew our options and talked us through everything clearly. He was friendly, honest, and down to earth and has a calm demeanor which was very helpful at times! Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt he was doing his job well, with our best interests at heart, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Nathan made what could be highly stressful, a relatively relaxed process, with great comms, and achieved a great outcome for us. We wouldn't hesitate to use him again for our next sale/ purchase.
