With no family or friends in NZ my needs from an estate agent were going to be potentially more than the normal demands and so it was important that I found someone prepared to go above and beyond ordinary duties. After 11 years in our large North Shore home, we recently decided to undertake a change of lifestyle and approached (interviewed!) a number of real estate agents who had proven records of selling high-end properties in this area, choosing Nadja Court. To whom it may concern , I listed my Auckland home for sale as I have moved to Wanaka to live .
