Recently we sold the properry of a decesased family member. A house sale is stressful and challenging at the best of times - more so when the emotion of a recent loss is factored in. Having engaged with Nadja in what was a very succcessful sale of a previous property - it was a no brainer to approach her and utilise her skills with this recent sale. If I was to sum up the 'majic sauce' Nadja brings it would be two fold - firstly direct, open and honest communication - and just as importantly - she just makes things easy... she takes the hastle out of selling. From recommending/ arranging staging, to 'prompting us' for any additional information she needed, to providing timely and meaningful weekly activity cummaries - we always knew where we stood and how the sale process was progressing.
