This is the second time we have bought a house through Mike. Both times were a pleasant experience. We found him easy to communicate with explained the situation with the 2nd house throughly. Form the first phone call from us inquiring about the property, and attending the open homes Mike Powell was very professional he was quick to provide us with answers to our questions, was non judgmental, and all ways available when we needed access to the property for inspections. He was never pushy, but always called/text to let us know what was happening. We look forward to having the opportunity to work with Mike again in the future.
