Michelle was our real estate agent for the recent sale of our house. Michelle demonstrated her excellent knowledge of the current market and gave us an accurate appraisal value of our house. She worked hard to achieve the best possible price for us. She was reliable, always available for questions and extremely punctual with her responses.

We recently put our property on the market with Michelle. As we live in Australia things were a little different than actually living close by and doing things the normal way. Michelle provided us with all the information to make this a painless process. She was outstanding in this who;e process. Nothing was a problem, and she certainly made things very easy for us. Her advise was spot on. She conducted the open homes, even providing the little extra's (flowers etc), that we were unable to do,living in Australia. She guided us through it all, and best of all, within a short time contacted to tell us we had a buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Michelle to sell any property, she is a legend.

Michelle was easy to contact, easy to deal with, and went above and beyond.
