We were looking for a home and Michelle was the agent marking the house we liked. It was tricky because both my partner and myself had houses to sell so our offer was conditional on the Sale of both. Michelle impressed us by selling one quickly at an excellent price. Which left one house to sell luckily it did and the deal went unconditional we were very happy with Michelle she was professional and kept us fully informed throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending her to sell your home and if you are luck enough to buy through her I'm sure you will find her excellent as we have. Sharon and Mathew.

We engaged Michelle to sell our home of 20 years. Michelle exceeded our expectations with her professionalism right from the start. Communication, honesty and very approachable are all the attributes you wish for in an agent and Michelle ticks all those boxes. We highly recommend Michelle as your hard working, multitasking agent. It's been an absolute pleasure having Michelle as our agent.

Michelle’s communication was first rate, always keeping us up to date with progress on the sale. She was professional, friendly and very efficient. The property sold very quickly. Would have no hesitation recommending Michelle.

Michelle was great to deal with during my purchase of the home. She was very helpful and patient, which was appreciated being a first home buyer and new to this experience. Thanks for all your help, Michelle.

I f you are buying or selling a property, Michelle is the lady I would heartily recommend. I and a family member have sought Michelle to provide the service for us, over several years. She has guided us with her thoughtfulness, professionalism, local knowledge, and always has gone the extra mile with informing us of the extra details, particularly with property presentation. Even though she was taking a well earned break during the sale process of 10 Surrey Rd, she found the time to secure an amazing deal for me! Thankyou Michelle! She's a top lady!

It was very easy for me from abroad to feel totally confident in Michelle’s professional knowledge & ability to sell my home, communication was regular as promised & in a very friendly manner. Michelle’s personable & “nothing’s a problem’ style made the process easy & seamless, thanks Michelle!

With this being the second property I have sold with Michelle's help, I have no hesitation in recommending her for any Real Estate matter Michelle is an extremely competent, experienced salesperson who has the ability and sunny disposition to allow vendors and buyers to enjoy their real estate experience.

Helpfull and friendly service providing professionalism and attention to detail .Michelle was great to work with, liased with other professionals in a timely manner, and gave us an honest answer to all our questions and an overall positive experience.

When I met Michelle last year and I told her my plans for moving she admitted that it was the first time she had heard this in her career as an estate agent! So when covid put road blocks in my way again I waited not so patiently. Michelle kept in touch and a year later I put the house on the market in level three. To say that I got the dream outcome would be an understatement!! I cannot thank her enough for her outstanding efforts and negotiation skills.

This is the 2nd property Michelle has sold for me. I have found her very professional, well organized & informative. She was also very mindful & considerate to my tenants. The latest sale was finalised during level 4 lockdown. Michelle went above & beyond & is a legend. I highly recommend Michelle and would use her again without hesitation.

Michelle produced a good result for us when selling our only investment property during uncertain times of COVID lockdowns and adverse weather. Michelle had good communication, experience and was easy to deal with, allowing us to change advertising and listing dates when weather prevented ideal photos, Michelle tabled multiple good offers leading to a settlement even with a COVID level 4 lockdown thrown in the mix.

Michelle was great at finding houses to look at that meet our criteria but we otherwise might not have looked at. When it came to selling our house she was always ontop of issues that came along.
