Michelle was a pleasure to deal with: just the right blend of personable and professional. Her thorough knowledge of, and experience in, the sales process was most helpful and reassuring. Our property sale was quick and painless, with a pleasing result.
It has been such a pleasure to work with Michelle to purchase our first home in Tasman. She has a deep knowledge of the market in the region and the sellers had a great asset with her on board to sell the beautiful house they presented to us. If a property can make a difference in your choice by its configuration, its cleanliness or even its price, be sure that an agent like Michelle will bring it to the other level. Congrats for your dedication, sympathy and love in what you are doing, it has been a delight to work with you. Frederic & Cecilia.
Michelle has to be one of the easiest real estate agents to work with, no stress whatsoever. She took great care of my elderly Mother in Law, always doing her best to lessen the stress on her. Definately would recommend Michelle
Relaxed, comfortable good clear communication with Michelle and Mandy. Felt professional and honest with good understanding of both parties needs.
She was very professional and kept in regular contact we wouldn't hesitate to reconmend her to anyone
Michelle goes that little bit further out of her way to make the sale of the property and keeping me updated on what is happening. And I would highly recommend her to the next seller. She is a pleasure to be around
I found her very helpful and patient with one who knows nothing about realestate
Sincere thanks to Michelle for her dedication. For the work and time taken to sell our house under difficult circumstances. The market changed in the time the property was valued and then listed. However Michelle continued to run open homes. We are happy with the outcome . Thankyou Michelle.
We are very grateful to Michelle for a very smooth, and quick, sale of our home. she was professional, kept us well updated every step of the way, gave good guidance and all with a warm friendly, manner. She made it an easy and stress free experience and we would not hesitate to work with Michelle again.
Michelle was very good at her job providing clear, responsive service. She had answers to all my questions and was very helpful in all aspects of my purchase.
Michelle had shown us some properties before we found the one we really liked. She was very patient , and sent us all the documentation for each house, just as she said she would. She is very pleasant to deal with, well organised, and was up-front about any issues each place may have had. Would recommend, and happily use Michelle's services again.
Michelle did a fantastic job in securing a sale on our property. She worked very hard and was a steady guiding hand through a challenging and changing environment. In addition to her professionalism and enthusiasm, what also stood out was her depth of experience in the industry and her excellent communication. I would definitely recommend Michelle to anyone looking for someone who has the experience and skills to achieve the best result, someone who works with you and for you.
