We recently bought this property where Ben represented the vendors. Throughout the pre-purchase process, he was highly responsive, quick to get answers to our questions from the sellers, and very accommodating with arranging additional viewings. On auction day, we did feel he put a bit of unnecessary pressure on us to stretch past our comfort zone and naturally favoured the seller's interests, but overall, his communication and organisation made the buying process smooth.

Quick communication and were there to help every step of the way. A great team to deal with if you have a busy life and need all the admin taken care of. The auction price also exceeded my expectations in a tough market.
