Michelle was excellent. She is a great communicator, very professional but approachable. She was one of the few agents that actually followed up after a house viewing and she didn’t feel like she pushed you for a sale so we took her on as our agent to help us find a home to purchase. She was very organised and organised all of our viewings with agents and made it time efficient and even made spreadsheets for us to compare homes. She was excellent with paperwork when it came to making offers and was honest with advice and market value on properties. She knew exactly what we were looking for and approached us with listings to veiw. If she was unsure on anything she reached out to Rachel who is excellent herself. A great team without feeling like your having the wool pulled her your eyes or just another sale. Will definitely be using them again. HIGHLY recommend
