Unfortunately we had a poor experience as buyers with Boulgaris. From our initial offer we were pressured that there was a back up offer despite the property having been on the market for over 9 months. A series of contentious conversations, heated arguments and outright unprofessional behavior resulted in a poor buying experience. What little communication we had after we signed the contract, was via text message. On the day of settlement, the agent was 45 minutes late to the pre-settlement inspection. All around an incredibly bad experience.
