From her greeting “ Hello team” arranging beautiful photography of our home , suggesting how to dress the house for sale and just being very calming and realistic about what works to achieve the very best result that we would be happy with.

Kelly's skill and vast experience were such an asset to our sale. She guided us through all the complexities and decisions of sale of our property at auction so kindky, ckearly and professionally.

In retrospect I think I would have insisted in a longer marketing period. It all seemed a bit rushed. we knew we only had one unconditional keen buyer. Maybe we should have got the conditional possibles to put in written offers to use to push the purchaser up to Kelly's and our price expectations.
