Not only is LMVH renowned for its exceptional products, the company nurtures talent with a culture of service that’s beyond compare. As a shopping concierge for his own on-board TV channel, Peter entertained upwards of 1,000 guests at a time, promoting and marketing designer jewellery and watch brands. He became a trusted advisor as he built relationships, giving guests confidence and encouraging them to shop at ports throughout the Caribbean, Alaska, and the Mediterranean, in fact, all over the world. It was not uncommon for guests to spend up to $400,000 on a single piece of jewellery. When he returned to New Zealand, he became the national Business Development Manager for Princess Cruise Lines, the largest cruise line in Australasia. Peter took the company from a solid 18% market share to close to 30% when he left, due to the COVID pandemic. After a less than satisfactory experience when buying a dream home for his family in Kohimarama, Peter was shocked to discover that although property values compare with those in hotspots like New York and California, there was no commensurate standard of service in the industry. So, he switched to real estate to utilise everything he’d learned from his international marketing experience. In doing so, he created his own particular brand, rewarding clients with a faultless, concierge-class service and communication that is second-to-none. Peter and Lee were extremely professional and communication was excellent.

Peter, along with Lee , were great to deal with. They gave us prompt and detailed feedback on open homes. Their knowledge of our area was good and they were well researched. We understood we were in a market that was challenging for our price bracket and this was well communicated. We ended up achieving a price that was the mid point of the original guidance so were more than satisfied with that.
