My wife and I engaged Megan Smith to market and sell our lifestyle property at Rotokauri, north-west of Hamilton. In an impressively short time, she obtained two offers at the upper end of the range we hoped to achieve. When the first offer fell over, we were grateful that Megan had encouraged us to seek a back-up offer because she was able to negotiate a very satisfactory deal with the second purchaser.
