She was also supportive and helpful in trying to find us an alternative property that would meet our needs, advising us on what to look for and what to ask about.When our property went to auction there were a number of interested parties with different requirements and financial situations. Megan kept us appraised of all developments which must have entailed a lot of follow up phone calls behind the scenes! She was determined to ensure we got the best settlement price which would enable us to buy another property outright with some “change” to enable us to retire. This she achieved by excellent negotiation skills and understanding both her vendors and purchasers needs. We cannot recommend Megan more highly. She is a consummate professional, passionate about what she does, and she does it so well. She is also a thoroughly lovely person, who puts people at their ease and gives you confidence that you can trust her. Before we met Megan, we would not have thought this possible in a Real Estate Agent!
