Megan and her team were awesome to deal with. As overseas vendors we needed someone who really cared about ensuring our property was presented well for the market and Megan made sure that happened. Nothing was too much trouble!
Megan and her team really go the extra mile. They're all fantastic to work with and they achieved a great outcome for us.
Professional, persistent and results-driven throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Megan and her team were all great. They are proactive, determined, and ready to help with all my questions and meet my requirements
I had a fantastic experience working with Megan Smith throughout the purchase of my new property. She was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the process. Megan made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. I'm incredibly grateful for her dedication, excellent communication, and genuine care. I highly recommend Megan Smith to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for helping me find my new home!
Megan worked in with the seller's agent to make the sale effortless.
Megan was honest with the market situation which helped us to gauge expectations.
Megan is a friendly and approachable agent. My many queries were all responded to and answered, and anytime I rang and left a message Megan always rung back. She uses an assistant who does most of the meet and greet work (this did not bother me).
Very satisfied communication style knowledge she bought each auction we felt comfortable in her recommendations very clear with information.
I appreciated an agent who went out of their way to show me a property after hours at short notice. Made the whole process easy. Very professional with good communication. :)
Megan was excellent to work with as our selling agent. She was consistently responsive, always available by phone or text and quick to follow up after viewings, open homes, and any enquiries from prospective buyers. We never felt left in the dark about where things stood, which made a real difference throughout the process. She kept us well informed on market feedback and buyer interest at every stage, and her professionalism came through in every interaction. Her team were also hard-working and put in real effort to support the process, which added to the overall experience. Would happily recommend Megan and her team to anyone selling their property.
Fast, professional, and genuinely caring. Couldn't have asked for a better agent. Highly recommended! Property sold before release to the market.
