Megan gave a full description of the current market, including both recent sales & other properties of similar size & age available at the time. That was extremely helpful in deciding to list with her. During the campaign Megan took care of everything from advertising to signage. She gave advice on presentation of the property & organised Open Homes, liaised with other companies who requested, private viewings & kept in contact regularly.
