Max is very approachable. In the initial assessment he was honest without being judgemental and throughout the process was supportive and responsive. He gave clear guidance for work to be done prior to the first open homes and he presented our home positively to each potential purchaser. His marketing package, particularly the video, was excellent. At all times he went above and beyond expected to ensure we had a good experience in this stressful process.
